How are the plant shipped?
We have shipped the plants worldwide to Asia, Europe, North/South/Central America, Africa, Australia and etc.
The shipping cost depends on the volume of the order. Higher Volume has a cheaper freight rate. The freight rate is often change. So the shipping cost of the website may be out of date. We will inform you the updated freight rate after placing the order.
Terms of shipment is BKK FOB (Free On Board)
We have 2 ways of shipping. The first is door to door service and the second is Air-cargo service to the destination port.

Air-cargo service is the transportation of plants through an air carrier to the available destination airport. The CUSTOMS procedure for importing plants is responsible by the customer. The following lists are the example of the available destination airport.

We will send the plants in 7-15 days after the payment (it depends on the available flight).
For door-to-door service, it takes about 5-8 days to arrive.
For Aircargo service, it takes about 2-3 days to arrive.
There are many uncontrollable parameters such as the CUSTOMS process that can cause the delay of delivery.
